Hunted: A Cyn & Raphael Novella

The Blurb:

Power, it comes down to this... those who have it, those who want it. Revenge, the need for it is a fire in the soul, a goad for the unwise. Hunted, the fate of the foolish when they think to become the hunter. The Lord of the Midwest is dead, and the powerful vampires of North America are gathering to choose his successor. The Vampire Council will be there to oversee the competition and to keep the violence to a bloody minimum, including Raphael, who will do whatever it takes to ensure the victor is a vampire he can trust. But someone is determined to stop Raphael and his mate, Cyn, from ever reaching Chicago, a hunter who may soon become... the hunted.(less)

The Tease:

Raphael gripped her more tightly, one hand on the nape of her neck, the other low on her back, holding her still as he crushed his mouth against hers in a hungry, demanding kiss. His tongue swept between her lips, caressing every inch of her mouth, tangling around her tongue in a battle for dominance that neither one of them cared about winning. “I love you, my Cyn,” he whispered against her lips. “Remember that.” “I don’t have to remember,” she said fervently. “You’ll always be here to tell me.”

I'm "SMH"

Page Turner/ Page Skipper - 100% Page Turner  totally LOVED it. The story and characters are great, and they completely pull you in.

Romance/ Steamy - 100% Romance/ 100% Steam - It's not a romance book but you totally feel the love Cyn and Raphael  have for each other.

Ending- I expected more of the ending normally it's not that easy and simple. I expected a BANG.

Cataleya's Final Thoughts

Cyn and Raphael are one of my top power-couples for books. I love how they will walk through hell and high water for each other. This is a novella I would suggest you read Raphael and Jabril to understand the history of their relationship. I loved getting the setup for Aden, which is coming fall 2013.
